Different Laws, Rules and punishment for VIOLATOR in different Countries
In this 21st century, the man as conquered mars
mission. India has launched its space mission to outer world. Lots of
scientific discoveries and inventions has made world easier to live and
survive. But also there are people who are against this nature, against the rules,
against the mankind. The people who force girls for physical relationship
without their consent are criminal activities. The victimized girls suffer
their life like a hell. The unwanted people learn different wrong activities
which vandalized the peace and prosperity of the community. Such culprit people
should be punished so that other people may not follow such activities and help
to save our girls. Different countries have different rules and punishment for
the violators. Some countries have very strict rule that culprit are afraid to
commit such crimes while in some countries, the rules and laws are so less that
there is such criminal activities occurring in more.
Different Laws are:
1.
United Arab Emirates: In United Arab Emirates,
the rule for violator culprit is very strong. If anybody found for forcing any
girls for physical relationship then he is given very harsh punishment. The
culprit is given death sentences and is hanged for seven days.
2.
Iran: In Iran, the rule for the violator is
different. The person who is found to have illegal physical relationship is
killed. The person is Killed by throwing stones and hanged till death.
3.
Afghanistan: Afghanistan is a Muslim country
though it also has strict rules and punishment for violator. The culprit is given death sentences. The
person is shot in head before 4 days of crime.
4.
China: In China the violator is not released on
bail. The person found guilty is sentences to death.
5.
Malaysia: In Malaysia, the culprit is sentenced
to death.
6.
Mongolia: The rule in Mongolia regarding the
punishment of the crime is different. The victim is allowed to kill the
violator and the culprit is sentenced to death.
7.
Poland: European country, Poland has also
different punishment for violator. The violator is killed and the remains are
given to pigs for feed.
8.
Iraq: If you are in Iraq, don’t commit such
activities because in Iraq, the culprit is killed by hitting with small stones.
Hands and legs are cut and eyes are picked. Then finally the violator is killed
by a shot from a gun.
9.
India: In India, the crime culprit is sentenced
to jail. The person has to spend maximum of 14 years in jail if he forced
anybody for physical relationship without consent.
10.
Nepal: In Nepal, maximum of 15 years of
imprisonment for the violator is defined in the law. But the punishment can
increase according to cases. The culprit is feed for 4 times daily in jail and
given police security.
Different countries have different
rules and punishment for the culprit. The country must address something for the
victim. The victim should be taken care and proper guidance should be given to
victims. It is better to educate guys to behave better than to hide their girls
in the home.
