The deposit amount is refundable, provided the required four week's notice, in writing of the withdrawal of the child from the School is given. School holidays cannot be counted in this notice period. Failure to give appropriate notice and emergency closure of the school will result in the deposit being not refunded.

School fees must be paid within the first week of each term
or within a week from the date of
invoice. Late fee fine of £2 per day, per child, will be
applicable for fees received after the last
working day of the first week of term. £10 Penalty will be charged for all
Returned/Unpaid
cheques.
****Only Parents who DO NOT have access to convertible foreign
currency account are eligible to pay in NPR. Nepal Rastra Bank's published selling rate
on the day of transfer will apply.
